Critical alarm monitoring services for key data centre at Saughton House for Scottish Executive (MITIE)

Environmental Energy Controls successfully tendered and won the complete critical alarm monitoring contract for a key data centre. The system monitored over 300 points of equipment to ensure that during the pandemic lockdown when sites were not staffed the data centre ran as required to support the remote workforce.

Using the latest technology we installed a fully monitored platform which would email, call and text the relevant people with any developing issues. We also provided 24/7 coverage with 1 hour response times to ensure that upon any critical condition occurring our staff were onsite to support as required.

With the high standards set by the Scottish executive and the design team we delivered a fully compliant system which will ultimately see the sites fully monitored providing peace of mind to all management.
